RouteMonkey have brought to market arguably the most dynamic and flexible routing & scheduling solution for managing fleets of all sizes, and any combination of vehicles. Having just secured investment in Jan 2012, the company was building a formidable marketing plan, including a promotional film.They needed to bring their case studies to life, and get the message across to potential customers that whatever their needs, RouteMonkey can maximise the efficiency and ROI from their fleet.
This is a product that can sell itself. Literally… the sales pitch for the RouteMonkey software includes a demo that uses the potential clients’ real historic data, imported into the software, would show how RouteMonkey would have scheduled and planned those routes. Typically this demonstrates a potential saving of 10-15%. So over the short-term, it pays for itself.
We needed to get the key selling points of the software across. We used a short quirky animation to demonstrate how the software works, and then let their existing clients talk about the benefits (all of whom were more than willing to!)
The film was a instant hit with the client and test audiences. It has been added onto the clients' website and is now an integral part of their marketing push.
Route Monkey Ltd hired YourFilm to produce the company's first corporate video. The remit was that the video should explain the features and benefits of Route Monkey's technology to potential customers. YourFilm achieved this in a cost-effective and innovative manner. The final video contains great case studies from Route Monkey clients and an animatic sequence explaining how Route Monkey's software works and what benefits it delivers. We can also use this animatic as a stand-alone piece. YourFilm were professional, friendly, flexible and customer-focused throughout the project and were a pleasure to work with.
