Radfan is a product aimed at the commercial market. It is an invention that sits on top of standard central heating radiators, making them more efficient by directing their heat into living spaces.
Working with Radfan’s marketing agency R-evolution, we were looking to boost website visitors and sales conversions, through a North East regional TV campaign.
Our pitch for the production of the TV commercial was notable in respect to what we were pitching against. Radfan already had a relationship with an animation agency and were keen to put an animated commercial on-air.
Our interpretation of the brief convinced Radfan to produce a live-action TV commercial. As this was to be the first TV commercial they’d produced, this was the first time a TV audience would ever see the product. We knew that the TV audience would need to see the product in the flesh, and hear the features and benefits of the product whilst getting visuals of the real product in situ. Simply not achievable though animation.
We used the evolution of the Dyson vacuum TV commercials as a touch point, as well as the infomercial style of Radfan rival products such as plug-in heaters.
Since running the commercial, Radfan have seen a 95.8% increase in web traffic and a similar increase in sales. Not surprisingly this was deemed as a huge success!
We worked with YourFilm to create a TV advert for our product, the Radfan. The aim of the advert was to introduce and explain the product in a credible and trustworthy way and to drive traffic to our website. We were really pleased with the final outcome of the advert and the whole process from drawing board to final cut was straight forward and well managed.
